OK, what is the company going to do with the money, its public, have they told you their plan. dont you think you should have a plan before you ask for money, asking for double outstaning is the same thing. what business plan have they outlined to date that needs this kind of dillution. every deal so far was the customer writing a PO for the work, what else is there. one more question, what do you do for a living if you dont mind.
