My point was the only way for this company to grow and increase shareholder value is by generating results from their current business and by acquisition. To do so the company needs cash to pay vendors as well as to acquire new assets. Increasing shares is the way to do that as I do not believe we have the balance sheet yet to generate the cash necessary from banks.

Stock price in my opinion will occur as results are generated, results from the existing business or by acquisition. I am an investor in this, not a daytrader or penny stock trader. I worry only about growth and not dilution at this time.
