I think we should understand that if the company added value to the stock it would enable them to sell existing shares at a premium. adding shares is dillution, the shareholder should not suffer the short term consequences of mis-steps of management. lets review where shares were before Russia and after June news: potential shares between 4 and 10 x 50M = 200 million to 500 million dollars for them to splurge on. add 100M more shares, dillution kicks in, say price does make it to 2 with good news mixed with dillution, therefore you end up with 150M x 2 = 300 million. company is hedging themselves with fat float, I think we need to keep them working to add value to stock price.
