I'm voting yes. It will avoid interest payments, which have gone up considerably this last couple of years. They are not going to dilute at this pps level, they know they have the info for pr's to make the pps climb significantly. The info will also contain the reason the money is needed, build outs, acquisitions, or my favorite....the strat tests were a resounding success and we have many orders to fill.
