You first came on this message board portraying you name as Brian Potvin, and then changed your name to Mr Gee. I wonder who Mr Gee would be?
I would best assume that it is Mr. Goudas. that is just a guess but thinking that it is Mr. Goudas then you were also part of the plan to allow this to happen.
Why the need to change your name?
In your words, you suggest that if you are offered anything from your employer to better your life, you should say no. Alot of people would say no if they had control over the financial and overall fiscal well being of the company, but you see no one did.
The only person that had signing authorities for cheques was JGS, his sidekick Carrie his original CFO and Mr. Gee Mr. Goudas.
Here is the best part for you to digest. All those cheques "kiting, transferring, etc" were not signed by the CFO or Mr. Gee.
Lastly it probably would be the best thing for Mr. Gee Goudas to allow all this to happen since he could easily say that John Simmonds did it.
