John Simmonds had a vision to build a super powerhouse Ethnic company with the guidance of Peter. But the real problem was the management team that he hired were all executives that had big dreams but didn't have a clue about ethnic foods. You can't wait around all day for the phone to ring, you got to make the calls. They were more worried about when to wash their fancy company cars than getting any new business.
