Question! If there is a negotiated buyout in process, does trading freeze??? How does that work?

I think the lack numbered investors is due to not knowing what's out there. Also, I'm sure there are many who are afraid of penny scams and Ponzi schemes. Fortunately these cases are investigated and prosecuted these days.
