what's up david?
i know that we are acquiring pasta italia but do you know how much we are paying for them? i am guessing that we are paying 850k or 1mil and i could be right..if we know the amount then we can easily figure this thing out if the 10mil shares added this year really part of the acquisition..i know we already paid $550k total from last and this year..

here's how i came out with the 850k total...
550k plus 300k ( this is how i came out to that..i took 10mil shares multiply by .03 cents )..
if 'and thats a big if ' in fact we are acquiring them for 1mil
then i believe we will probably see another cash payout for 150k this year or another 5mil shares to complete the acquisition...what do you think?

this is just a rumbling thoughts in my mind..

hope we have a good fortune in hand ahead of us longs..
