First of all we payed 350k so far not 550k. Secondly there will be no additional cash payout it clearly states in the 10k that an issuance of 10m shares enables IVFH to execute their option to buy. Its hard to put a value on those 10m shares too. Most will be restricted. Only the chefs would have a good idea at what they might be worth a year or more from now. They start landing big deals and get that manufacturing plant popping and those 10m shares could be worth big bucks
