The reason your fuzzy on the os going up 10m shares and seeing that same number in the 10k is because we are assuming the 10m shares added to the OS last week was shares for the aquisition. IVFH os has never climbed 10m shares in one week. It is the exact number that was required to close the deal as in the 10k
I do hear "rumor" that the aqusition is complete so its likley a fair assumption but not filed in an 8k yet and not pr'd.
I personally am proceeding as its a done deal thats just my take

There has actually been a grand total of 350k loaned to Pasta over the last year with just over 200k more recently. Yes this loan is part of the aqusition. Whether Pasta must pay this back or not I dont know I do see IVFH has included this loan 293k of it as a asset titled loans recievable

Here is a link to Pastas website. Pay special attention to kids ravioli and the shapes. We have heard for months IVFH was working with Disney on a Disney Pasta character deal. We now see how. Pasta has been working closely with Disney on this deal. We all hope it closes. No confirmation as of yet
