Do SHare Buy Back. Not Dilution.

Do Share Buy Back. Not Reverse Stock Split.

At the current post split price USD13.55, it is actually just USD1.355 pre split. I wonder if NASDAQ is watching and expecting the price to go up to USD 40.00 before it allows listing, RD?
