I wonder if NASDAQ is watching and expecting the price to go up to USD 40.00 before it allows listing, RD?

I guess Nasdaq wasn't impressed by the way management has financed growth. Because it's like an open invitation to the short sellers. And unlike the shareholders, Nasdaq do not intend to clean up the mess that management leaves behind. They would rather ditch the whole company in a big black hole :-)
