If we get a pps of 100 dollars it might be a good thing to sell more stock to finance expansion. It would increase net assets per share very substantially.



If you do that, then the stock will drop to $70. If you use the money to buy up restaurant chains then it will drop even further. The market will be relentless. And everyone will be nagging and complaining how much money they lost. It will be like old times, Snow. Capiche?

It's the kind of mistake I expect Solomon to make. But then again, he wouldn't be CEO if it were up to me.
