I have two problems with legalizing marijuana. I know it has some medical benefits but it also causes health problems and deaths. BUT legalizing marijuana could save billions spent to enforce marijuana laws.

1. It is not safe. Marijuana caused deaths will continue to rise.

2. It is very expensive, costing $200 to $400 an ounce depending on quality and location. That's money that peope could use to feed themselves and their children, etc. Currently EBT cards are cards cannot be used in liquor stores, casinos and strip clubs, but that power doesn't extend to marijuana dispensaries. States where marijuana is legal need to change that.
