Make marijuana legal, hell all drugs and criminals can't get rich, cartels will fall and the gov can wasting our money on policing, court time, jail and prison.
We could spend money helping those that want to off of drugs and spend about 10% of we spend trying stop the drugs and the crimes that support it; the people will always get the drugs. History has shown us this we didn't learn a thing from prohibition here in the states.
