Pre and post seizure cusips are the same. If you owned the stock pre seizure you are fine. If you bought post seizure you are also fine because you took a high risk buying a BK company and will be equally rewarded for your risky investment.

As long as you granted the releases and got escrows, all escrow owners will be treated equally.
