Why say the word certain, unless your implying a select FEW.
Further more its only regarding "FORMER SHAREHOLDERS OF WMI".
Those that purchased shares after the seizure were wamuQ, or wampk shareholders.
The word ELIGIBLE could mean pre-seizure or it could mean post-seizure those who signed releases..
Or it could mean pre-seizure holders plus signing releases to be ELIGIBLE.

Well i agree to a certain extent. I dont see how post-seizure shareholders can be in the same boat as us. What i do believe is pre-seizure holders are unique. We took the highest risk and we shall receive the highest reward. You either had the guts and DD to stay in and bet against the house or you got scared and sold before the seizure.
I on the other hand believed with no doubt wamu was solvent and i bet LARGE the DAY BEFORE the seizure.
I believe this has been a huge orchestration of just smoke and mirrors to capitalize on the final pay day. In other words the goal was to seize the company and get every shareholder to sell. Thus to exclude thousands of original shareholders by getting everyone to sell over fear or pump and dump to get the most returns back. As we all know there are only 3000 signed releases. The pot turned out to be large with ALOT less PEOPLE to split it with, all while keeping it legal. Because as of right now no crime has been committed because the BANKRUPTCY is still on going. The PA&A is not finalized. The window of opportunity is still open and they were/have been biding there time with tricks and maneuvers. But the only thing we had to do was hold our golden tickets and keep up with paper work (signing releases).
Thats my honest opinion im sorry for stepping on toes because i know many people here were told "A share is A Share" many years ago. I NEVER believed that but as everyone knows time will tell all....
Im not trying to be right or make predictions in my favor.. i trade on intuitive thinking and gut feelings.
