JL no disrespect but do you understand the difference between a contract and an agreement

Amarin entered into an agreement with the FDA , NOT a contract .
The power is with the FDA ...they knew this ..or should have known this going in .

There was always a risk that the FDA would not approve for lowering other surrogate risk markers beyond LDL cholesterol .
This was well known to anyone who bothered to read the opinions of Dr Nissen Cleveland clinic.

I don't agree with the Adcom decision ...Vascepa is safe , it should be widely used while we await RI data ...but I'm not as stunned by that decision as some on this board .

Look on the bright side ..The Adcom decision and the threat of delisting provided an enormous buying opportunity when AMRN was under $1 .
Hopefully everyone reading this ,took advantage of that turn of events
