Nice to know we have someone on board with experience in the DS industry..

Indeed the AdComm and the SPA were shocking. Regardless of statements made on this board that the reasoning and determination in these two events was perfectly legal and above board, that is not my opinion. A glimpse at the NCE trial (not contingent on AdComm or SPA) shows FDA going about business as usual by perverting the statutes laid down by congress and reinventing them to suit their own agendas. If we believe the FDA interpretation, "a significant scientific issue is anything we say it is": then why would anyone enter into an agreement with them..
