Perhaps you mean "best technology"? Mantra might even have it, but unless it is the best "commercial technology" they are not in the game.

Solar panels are becoming more efficient and cheaper.
Once someone invests in solar panels and can use a (Tesla)home battery they aren't going to be too interested in another large investment to power their house (i.e. Solar-to-Mantra-battery).

Obama's days are ending. Next presidential election coming soon.
And as voter interest in power sources declines, so does political "will" (corruption mostly it seems....).

Pollution control might just become less interesting, less funded and less covered by main-stream media. It has happened before and is happening in countries where money is not widely available.
