Sorry, but it is actually just the opposite of this:

"Solar panels are becoming more efficient and cheaper.

As the solar power could be used in mini-MVTG-ERC rigs to convert waste sodium carbonate from the prior days consumed formic acid from the car, back into new formic acid for the next days use in the car and or to power the house, thus eliminating the batteries, like PLUG has done in forklifts by replacing lead acid batteries with Ballard H2 fuel cells in forklifts. But MVTG fuel cells will cost 80% less, be far safer, smaller, lighter, and will use a safer non GHG producing fuel cycle, unlike H2 fuel that is still made from burning CH4-fossil fuel that produces wste GHG-CO2 emissions...

China is at the top of the pack funding and working on a huge GHG-air pollution issue all over Asia.... so Obama is not the only choice, aslo Europe is leading the pack, as evidenced by the new MVTG-ERC PP-deal with the Bavarian brewery in Germany which will be 100% funded by Germans.
