i'd like to see high reg sho %s going forward
with the PPS upticking regularly

it tells me *someone* (one entity) has capitulated

again one day or 2 .. don't a pattern make

and to be clear they were *due* to mark today high (like Friday)

that said .. with the now *highly visible* l2 via OTC Markets for PTOI

it may just be .. one last nail ..
