Found another Spader Business Management video starring our very own Duane Spader telling how he teaches people to be successful.

Step right up, Folks, and let me teach you how to run a company. Case Study: I was the first CEO of Verity Corp as a public company. I am the largest lender to that company. And, to top it off, I own more than 30 % of the total shares (in preferred stock).

See how much I learned at my namesake company? You too can be successful like this.

Egads. I never thought I would fall for this kind of crap. I took everything at face value. But something is not quite kosher here.

We were not getting any info out of the company, but, don't worry, we were going to get an IR firm. Then we get one--still nothing. No e-mails. Nothing.

Prior CEO leaves suddenly-- the only change to the Board is that last CEO. The prior CEO to him, Duane Spader, has a huge interest in the company and, IMHO, is running things. And he is still on the Board.

How many people here think the Skin Cream CEO from North Carolina is really running day to day operations?

Hell, maybe I am wrong. But I know I am ticked. Nothing makes sense. Is Verity still operating in GA? They are still in South Dakota and Iowa from what I can gather. We know there is nothing going on in North Carolina--where the supposed CEO lives.

I am one step from contacting the SEC. Something is not right.

Are Board Members personally liable for things that happen at a company?
