I cannot find any evidence that he invested any money to get those 20 million or more shares. But the company seems to owe him a lot of money. How did that happen?
I would be shocked, Shocked, I say, if Spader, who is still on the Board of Verity, is really not deeply involved in management decisions. When the current CEO does not even live near any state that has Verity operations in them, it does raise a curious flag.
As in, is Spader who lives in Sioux Falls really the CEO and Mr. White is just the "face" of Verity (Get it? White sells facial creams full time).
I really do not like to focus on the background of management, but when the company gives us shareholders little else to talk about, what do they expect?
Hey, management (whoever you are), when is the company going t o file its 10-K? Are you replacing your part-time CFO from Advance Finance in North Carolina?
Will you give us some guidance on how the past quarter ended Dec. 31? Or are you going to wait until after you file the first quarter--probably late again-- on February 15. You should know by now a little bit on how the quarter went for Verity?
Could you do a Conference Call for us shareholders like you used to do in the past where we can send in questions?
Anything would help.
