The reality is at the current share price, why wouldn't a potential investor come to the table and buy 1, 2 or more billion shares of common stock (there were a lot of shares traded over the past few months) and then infuse 15 million dollars into paying off all other debt holders.

2 billion shares at .0005 is about 1 million dollars. Right now, I think it would be pretty easy to accumulate a ton of shares for that price or below. How many shares were traded at .0002 and below in the last two months? The question I'd ask is...what would this stock be trading at if there was no convertible debt, and a 15 million dollar loan for 3 years interest free or bearing 5% interest?

This is not a prediction, it's merely an option for someone/entity to take a strong stake in the entire SVFC company vs. a portion of the company.
