Observations..

Clearly based on filings, that the Andrews clinic opening and payments have been temporarily suspended. Note the wording: Temporary. The reason behind this should be obvious.

- Correct me if I am wrong, but once and IND is in process with the FDA, you can "sell" your procedure. Since there is currently NO MONEY obligated to the Andrews/Inventiv/SVFC IND, there is no reason to have clinic set up... YET

- This can all change swiftly.

I believe with the actions of the cd holders Aug-Oct and the beat down in shareprice with Dawson James and Dinosaur coming on board and now a PR/IR firm gearing up; we can speculate as to what may be transpiring.

The problem has ALWAYS been having a corporate structure to allow the necessary cash infusion to push these INDs. Well, that structure has not been SVFC because of the IR fiasco, the CD debt, the foggy Regen/SVFC relationship, the mismanagement of funds, etc..

But there are multiple paths to rectify this. Spin-off entities, JV, etc.. I think the spin-off approach would be best. Speculating that they could spin out ICBS research (they created this sub for a reason and it is in the filings). ICBS research can then get a cash infusion and separate CEO and control ownership. SVFC retains minority equity stake, which could be dividend out to shareholders or sold over time to help alleviate debt or a combination of both.

ICBS research would be free to take this advantageous stem cell extraction method and conduct the necessary INDs (with or without JV partners) and also apply for grants to fund additional clinical studies.

The new entity could be a PR machine and biotech darling... and if done properly a successfull generator of stem cell treatments for the common good of humanity.

I think this is where Inventiv and their private equity backers and the placement of Ray Hill on the SVFC BOD may come in play..

Stem cell technology is only in its infancy... but will grow rapidly.

This equity trades at a mere 800k market valuation. It is plausible that this could be 100x that in no significant time at all.

I hope EVERYONE participating on this forum enjoys each day this holiday season!!!
