For those who care, there will be some who say that I did not include exercisable options, and they are right and here is why. Options have a ten year life span. By including exercisable options, you will count options that were granted outside the specified period which is three or four years. That is one way how the dilution numbers were inflated. Options outside the four years were included in the figures. Oh gee, I let one cat out of the bag.
