Some of you may wonder how do I know that Ronnie inflated the dilution numbers. Because on page 68 of the annual report, these are the options granted and canceled for the past three years.

2000 - 2,514
(392)
2001 - 5,109
(280)
2002 - 1,056
(463)
_____

tOTAL GRANTED - 7.544,000 OPTIONS. OR 15% OVER THE PAST THREE YEARS.

Where is the 40% we keep hearing about. Oh yeah. That was for 40% for four years, and I only did it for three years. In order to get to 40% there would have to be 12,500,000 million options granted in 1999. If somebody has last years annual report please tell us what the amount of options that was granted and canceled. Totally inflated and I know how it was done.
