“Correct...i dont look at it as a "service"... “

It doesn’t matter what way ANY of the posters on this board choose to look at it look at it, what matters is the facts…..lol

"Yet somehow i am to assume that kim negotiated a deal that was fantastic for kblb...because kim is a good lawyer... “

Please do not put words in people’s mouths, nobody said “fantastic” for KBLB, the majority are of the belief that the contract is binding regardless of whether SA changes hands or not. Nobody knows for a fact apart from Kim and SA. What I believe is that the company changing hands will mean very little. If I remember the deal correctly, it involved very little up front expenditure by KBLB yet allowed SA a percentage of future revenue on products created using ZFN. Why on earth would SA/Merck want to pull out of that now when they have already fulfilled their side of the bargain by the provision of services that they were contracted to provide (ZFN)? The funny thing is that at this stage, the only company that stands to benefit from SA/Merck pulling out is KBLB lol lol lol lol

“Sorry but no...aint buying that...more likely kim took what he was offered and kissed their feet...”

lol believe whatever, I’ve seen no evidence thus far that Kim is the feet-kissing type. Maybe if he was we would be further down the track……..lol

“I seriously doubt that contract is anywhere near water tight...I'm sure kim would have liked it to have been so...but he was in absolutely no position to demand anything from sigma... “

Let’s not forget that Sigma aren’t the only company out there with technology like this, I would imagine Kim may have looked into CRISPR or another technology. Having options doesn’t make him look quite as desperate as you like to dream………lol

“So if sigma had a deal with some non performing entity that was a drain on their bottom line (not saying this is kblb) and they wanted to dump them, merck could not...merck is stuck with them forever?... “

Totally irrelevant comment considering KBLB have no effect whatsoever on Merck’s bottom line until we start seeing revenues, something tells me at that point Merck will not be looking to ‘duck out’………..lol

“Seriously..is that truly what everyone believes to be true???...”

Not the version that some seem intent on clinging on to, one based on sensible reasonable assumptions lol

“Absolutely Unbelievable”

errrrmmmm....................lol?
