Does that sound like merck has no choice?...no, it sure doesnt to me either...so all the nonsense about air tight deals and Kim's wonderful lawyer ability mean squat...
merck will evaluate the merits of its connection to kblb and make a decision to keep it or chuck it...and that was my whole point...and its only common sense that that is how it would be...
You can argue that kblb would be better off without merck, theres other fish in the sea, make guarantees that kblb will be worth billions etc etc...those are all years old dreams...good luck with that but that really wasnt part of my argument...
