"They provided usage of the proprietary technology to KBLB, albeit for a limited time only."

Correct...i dont look at it as a "service"...

"Also, if you truly believe Merck can just retract it at their whim then I believe you underestimate Kim's legal prowess."

It has nothing to do with Kim's legal "prowess" (lol)...sigma had something kim wanted...sigma is a multi billion dollar company with many thousands of employees...
Kblb in 2011 was a one man band with no money, no product, and a questionable future...

Yet somehow i am to assume that kim negotiated a deal that was fantastic for kblb...because kim is a good lawyer...

Sorry but no...aint buying that...more likely kim took what he was offered and kissed their feet...

"but taking lots of time to cover all bases and ensuring the contract seems water tight "

I seriously doubt that contract is anywhere near water tight...I'm sure kim would have liked it to have been so...but he was in absolutely no position to demand anything from sigma...

"A fundament part of the takeover will be Merck's obligatory assumption of all Sigma's debts, liabilities & obligations."

So if sigma had a deal with some non performing entity that was a drain on their bottom line (not saying this is kblb) and they wanted to dump them, merck could not...merck is stuck with them forever?...

Seriously..is that truly what everyone believes to be true???...

Absolutely Unbelievable...
