light1soldier....I pulled this up off of the yahoo board this morning which is typical of the retorts I receive from shorts to my posts as a long. This one however is quite interesting in light of your post here. Do you know earthrocker1????....it appears that you do.

Go to USPTO.GOV patent application search. Enter PCT/US2012/049135 and learn the status of their B.S. EEG device application. It is in storage, never issued. Its function is to record EEG signals while listening to music, such signals to be recorded by Bluetooth on Pc's and smartphones. Recordings only from the temporal region of the brain are insufficient to allow the device to function as promised. It is a scam. Hate me, but do your own research to prove me wrong. If you follow the USPTO search, use the tabs at the top of the search results page to read their application abstract - four (4) claims, NO recent activity on the application. GET OUT!
