Joe Abrams signed on with VOIS via a Toxic $200K Note through his Cicero Consulting Group! The Abrams name is on SALE for many other stinky P'sOS! Brent Fouch (via reading the filings) was the one (Paid in Multiple Millions of VOIS Shares) chartered with the task of finding somebody of Abrams caliber.. LOL..
VOIS paid $200K to enable themselves to associate with The Abrams brand, so to speak. That Note was signed back in May 2014! Is there a VOIS Retail Investor here that knows how many VOIS Shares have been diluted in the last 6 Months? (Hint: the number is somewhere between 500 Million and 1 Billion) If indeed Abrams money could have been tapped for investment into VOIS, and If Abrams were really that involved and believed in the product as much as VOIS touts that he is.... then Abrams would have ended VOIS Dilution back in May 2014 PERIOD! AND, he would also be a Majority Shareholder.. Period. He is NOT! Read the Filings.. all the other crap that is being fed through Casey is simply canned BS to allow VOIS to sell more shares.. EXTREME DILUTION Shall Indeed Continue... PERIOD!
