I had a non scripted conversation with Casey about anything Vois related that he would converse about. A little up front chit chat about myself and the boards thoughts and without much hesitation he moved in to "can you imagine the number of applications for this product and what this technology is worth"? That turned in to a conversation about Joe and his role. I asked "is Joe actively involved with setting up distribution channels for the product... yes!/ is he an investor... yes if needed ! / is he actively marketing the company for sale... quote "absolutely and he is speaking with interested parties regularly and I wouldn't be surprised if he has one already".
He also noted that he takes calls from high profile investors inquiring about other companies such as Digital Ally Inc. DGLY....a major player in the body cams that are worn by police officers around the country. Their stock went from 3 to 30 the week that Ferguson broke out. Casey said that DGLY is his #2 request for information of the companies that he represents. He said hands down VOIS is #1 (and we think nobody knows about us....but they do!). We are flying under the radar here. He said (paraphrase) "the bears are obviously in control now but if you can hang in there for just a little while you can plan on spending a lot of time "fishin" in the future if that's what you enjoy, because you most likely will be very rich and able to afford to do whatever you wish.
