Then ART, I believe an honest question can be, why NO positive response, as reflected in the share price, to this potentially breathtaking scientific news?
Something is very wrong, imo.
At this stage, my analysis, fwiw, is that as I've suggested many times with pennys especially and the investment world in general, it's a 'jungle' out there.
I am of the feeling the our otcbb jungle is filled with quicksand whenever the price rises, given the incredibly high percentage-wise daily naked shorting.
The bottom line, imo, sure seems that, as I've posted before, we own a stock that's in a mm/naked shorters lucrative moneymaking playground.
They're the bullies and we're the victims and hopefully, that will dramatically change when/as at least two things happen (among potentially many others) and that is:
-we get uplisted to a regulated nasdaq market;
-confirming phase 2 data starts to emerge while the study is in progress, prompting a mad rush, a 'herd instinct' on the part of mutual funds to buy OCAT.
Could other scenarios develop, of course, but that's what I see and feel at this time.
If correct, that suggests adding shares on a staggered basis, may well make sense.
