re: Recovering assets from Stocklemon, agreed that Bill Harris may not have much to seize. But, imo, the real point of such a lawsuit would be to put Harris out of business permanentless, plus make an example of him via liens against his future income (damage award), to discourage other would-be Stocklemons from copycatting his tactics.
If nothing else, a formally filed lawsuit would clarify STTK's position on the topics of doubt raised by Stocklemon.
I'm going to try to meet with STTK IR in person this week, and will express these concerns directly. Time will tell how this plays out.
