It is important to note that the directors and officers of STTK have an OBLIGATION to protect not only STTK but the shareholders
If they fail to do so with such an obvious remedy as Rule 3.6 they can be sued and held personally liable

There was another smear site called OurStreet which used to publish the maximum negative slant (plus misinformation and some outright lies) on a lot of small, developing companies. Some companies did fight back with legal action and it did drive OurStreet out of their dirty business. Like StockLemon, it was uncovered that OurStreet was involved in shorting the companies they tried to trash with their "reports". OurStreet was even sending out e-mails to its subscribers informing them right before a smear article was about to be released so they could get ready to short the stock. I applaud STTK and other companies for standing up StockLemon and I hope the Lemon soon follows OurStreet into history.
