Well, blue, the problem with that "analysis" is that it begs the question of the NSS, and not a shred of evidence has ever been produced to show that it exists.

And as is typical of Frizzy, his update is long on claims and assumptions, and short on anything that would remotely back up his claims.

How does he "know," for example, that there is a substantial fail to deliver in this stock, when in fact his own FOIA data showed it to be insignificant?

Frizzy and the flock start with a conclusion and then filter any facts so as to support their conclusion, or they just make up claims and assert them with no supporting data whatsoever.

As an example, Frizzy claims "evidence" that "shares were unilaterally sold from accounts in 2005 and 2006. The only way a broker can unilaterally sell a stock position is if the account has a margin call, or if the account balance is insufficient to meet fees, and clearly no broker did any CMKX sales transactions in 2006; the stock was revoked, and could not have traded.

Or, I suppose, one could buy into a world wide conspiracy involving Federal agencies, the DTCC, and a cartel of evil brokers focusing on the stock of a non-reporting pump and dump that was massively diluted and that was involved in obvious illegal activities.
