and once again, who cares if Mark misunderstood the timeframe in which the approval happens, the end result is what is most important. You understand that the auditor told Mark he thought it would be done by X, now either Mark misundestood what he meant or the auditor was wrong, but it really doesn't matter, because the end result was getting an audit done, and while others suggested Mark was lying or instructing what the auditor should say to sharehoders, lol, the end result was the audit was being done, plain and simple. So, go ahead, drive this non issue of timing of the 211 into the ground... go for it.. what are you all trying to prove, Mark assumed incorrectly but did what he thought was correct to get the stock back trading, yes, I'm missing something on why the timing is so important and why it needs to be talked about as if the sky is falling or mark is a liar.
