The on;y thing we are missing, and no one else seems to be asking the right question or care, is who is shorting MVTG so they can buy and accumulate a large position at lower prices. I have seen this game play before on many stocks planning to up list to an exchange like Nasdaq or Amex...., which is an MVTG goal, and the index funds need shares when a stock up lists and joins an exchange and they want the shares cheap, so the MMs and brokers hire boiler room hacks to drive the stock down while they short it.
