Hmmm. Percentages are funny things. 12% sound like alot at first glance. But it's just 4m shares and at .03 (if they were issued at that) that's just $120k over a few weeks. Again, I'm uncertain if that shoud be considered alot. This is a venture stage company. They SHOULD be raising capital. Why go public if they aren't going to raise capital? The question for me is, what are they doing with the capital and can I make money from that long term or can I trade on divergence short term or both? Still doing DD.
