It's been noted on this board that LTNC has many of the markings of a decent business venture. It's what drew me here some time ago. However, the CEO's inability to manage funds is killing this company and now the share price is reflecting that. An OS of 44 million is not bad, but increasing 12% over a period of a few weeks is another symptom of that mismanagement that does nor bode well for the 1 billion AS recently authorized.
