YOU ARE WRONG!!!!

Calling a company and asking questions IS NOT and should not be confused as the company giving out inside information.

Once again, I see us acting as if we know the law. Just because a company doesn't put out a press release about something doesn't mean that it is considered "inside information".

We should try calling the company some time before making unfounded comments. Oh wait, that wouldn't work if we want to continue making things up.

The IRS by default REQUIRES a written request to subordinate a lien to existing and even FUTURE assets used as collateral when an IRS lien is placed.

Are you saying that there is no Agreement in place between LTNC and the IRS? Please show us!

Are you saying that the IRS NOT having a first position as a lien with LTNC is a lie? Please show us!

Ohhh.... Maybe a lack of real due diligence has us confused into thinking that the IRS placed a lien on the company before they signed an Agreement? Well, SURPRISE!!!, the lien was placed as a condition of the Agreement. Talking about something in the past as if it were a present issue only shows the attempts to overshadow the current positives of this company with old negatives.

Just more ammunition for the SEC that I forgot about, but will remedy. Not that I think this particular claim is necessarily true. However, the attempts at stock manipulation are too much to ignore.

NEWS FLASH....

Stating facts about a company is not considered market manipulation. However, making false statements that the CEO stated that he was diluting the company and putting 200 million shares into the share structure when he never made that statement, well, that is attempt to scare and is market manipulation in its truest form.

The CEO has already warned us that the OS will be AT LEAST 200,000,000 soon.
