This has been repeated multiple times, but there is not a shred of public disclosure on any such arrangement. The IRS by default REQUIRES a written request to subordinate a lien to existing and even FUTURE assets used as collateral when an IRS lien is placed.

Where is this request posted? Where is any indication of the IRS approval?

Just more ammunition for the SEC that I forgot about, but will remedy. Not that I think this particular claim is necessarily true. However, the attempts at stock manipulation are too much to ignore.
