To all: I assume that the 27 hours of combined testimony after jury selection and opening statements will take us through all or part of Thursday. Immediately thereafter, the Court will read the instructions to the jury and they will begin deliberations. The verdict could come late Friday or early the following week depending on when they finish testimony and argue their cases.

As far as how long the jury will deliberate, it's anyones best guess. I would guess 1 -2 days unless there is a serious split.

I would also surmise that this is a six person jury with two alternates based upon Technicals post.
