I can understand why we dropped the way we did. We have had no real news in 3 months. The LG deal was great and I was hopeful that it signalled a new time with IDCC. I was hopeful other companies would come to the table since such a large company finally signed willingly. How much longer will we have to wait for the company of integrity, Ericy? How much longer will we have to wait on LU where we wasted over 2 years on court with? Oh I forgot that wasn't wasted we signed a whopper with them and are getting $14.5 million over a 5 year period.

I disagree that we have lots of time to wait just because we have so much money in the bank. Sure we want the right agreements but every day that goes by we are losing a million or two PER DAY that we will never get back. The companies who need licenses know that the longer they delay, the more money they save (steal). IDCC has shown they will forgive past sales as long as you sign. When past sales are forgiven, it is giving everyone an incentive to postpone and delay signing. We need management to develop a sense of urgency because we lose while they continue to sleep.

Sorry for the bitching I am just getting very frustrated at no news in 3 months. They signed LG on 1/18/06 and today is 4/18/06, it is time for another license, even with a smaller player. There are at least one hundred companies that need licenses, is it too much to ask that management sets a goal of at least one license per month. Even at that rate it will be a decade before everyone is signed.

Come on KoP, wake up and realize there really is a sense of urgency and sign some deals.
