If the claim made that there was an IFUS audit required by the 2013 loan contract, and if an audit was attempted then Steve Adelsein would have already posted a link to a pdf copy of that loan agreement and audit contract with notarized proof it was not a forged document to prove the claim made.

Since no documents and links to documents and proof like notaries on the documents, or links to official court documents have ever been shown or found, I do not have any reason to believe any thing I have read that has no proof to back it up.
