If they can't deliver on the "inconsequential minutia", how can you believe they will deliver on things of consequence like the 8K you were expecting or the recovery time period?

Various people had posted hope that the launch would foretell good things to come. It didn't. People had also hoped the last Craig-Hallum conference would offer up some meat. It didn't.

The share price is drifting down because people are not believing they will deliver. The Bell ID stuff is part of that because the company set the timeframe in a fluff PR. The honeymoon period is over. The company does not have the luxury of time. The chess player has made good beginning game moves but has not shown he has the middle game to get to the end game and the clock is ticking.

The Bell ID stuff is a possible symptom of an underlying problem.
