why would asher want to sell shares they own at a low price ??? i.e. short before they convert, how do they make any $$ converting to stock and selling it is how they are supposed to get their $$ back from lending it ya? how is it not in asher interest to not have the stock price high? I must be missing something in the mechaincs here of convertibles
