LOL ya sorry man, actually at first glace, it looked attractive. but, I didn't even need to do any research, just browse the last 10-Q.. Understanding that,, with 60-80% convertible discounts in place.. You also need to understand that lenders protect themselves,, and NOBODY would lend money to a company that has discounts in place like that without protective clauses giving the lender the same thing.. those 60% discounts caused the other lenders to demand 80% off.

Fully dilute the debt of 11 million bucks, and it's far, far worse than 1st looks on the books cover. I'd go so far as to suggest it's a complete fraud.. The single reason for it's existence is dumping the debt, flipping those discounts for 3 times the money, in the very least. Hell I know Asher very well! they ALWAYS pull front runs!! I've NEVER seen them dump their convertibles for Less that 3 times the money profits! never ever!. In fact, I've seen times that looks like they'll short it down before they convert too. .. They're just plain NASTY!! aDD IN CHINSE LENDERS?? MOVE OVER ROVER,, THE WORSE, CHEAPEST, lying, conniving PENNY SKIMMING PLAYERS IN THE WHOLE WORLD ARE PLAYING!

MAJORTY OF THEM WILL kill YOU FOR LEAVING A LIGHT BULB ON.. nOW IMAGINE LIVING IN A CONTRY FOR 60 years IN DEPRESSION!!..
